Finding economic and efficient solutions to tough design problems is a challenge the Envar design team consistently rises to. We use some of the most sophisticated computer-based design tools available such as 3D modelling and Building Information Modelling (BIM), but fundamental engineering principles and simple logic are never overlooked.

The work of qualified engineers is overseen by personnel with decades of industry experience. Once we are satisfied that the proposed system conforms with Government regulations and the best industry standards, we tailor a number of design options to suit the client's budget. Your requirements on efficiency, costing and innovation become our targets too.

Envar have been operating in the tier 1 construction project bracket since the conception of our business in the 1970’s. Our experience with large-scale project works is second to none; we pride ourselves on having all required resources available in-house.

Envar's in-house workforce carries out both the technically demanding and labour intensive aspects of all Mechanical Services installation tasks, this maximises our control of the construction process.

Where we do sub-contract, Envar’s quality standards dictate that we select suppliers and specialists with whom we have a long-standing relationship. Even in this high- tech age, Envar ensure there's still room for old-fashioned craftsmanship and pride with all our works.

Maintenance & Service

Originally formed to provide the necessary warranty service and maintenance for completed projects, the company has built an outstanding reputation in its own right and is the preferred service supplier to an extensive portfolio of buildings throughout Western Australia.

Envar Service’s maintenance programme focuses on providing economical and systematic servicing leading to trouble free operation and plant longevity.

A team of highly qualified engineers, technicians and controls specialists ensure skilled and informed support on a "round the clock" basis.

Envar’s in-house electrical and controls team are proficient in all mechanical services building management system installation, service and maintenance. Not only does our team have a comprehensive understanding of all third party systems but they also have the ability to develop and implement their own D.D.C and B.M.S systems.

Many clients have turned to Envar when it becomes apparent that their B.M.S system is not operating to its full potential. Overhauling a poorly operating system allows us to identify, repair and refine the controls; resulting in a more effective and efficient system. Creating a more effective and efficient system for our clients drives long term savings in regards to minimising energy and water usage of plant, something we see as not only beneficial to the end user but is also a valuable tool in decreasing global emissions.

A core element of the Envar Group infrastructure is Airparts, consisting of a 2000sqm fabrication workshop utilising latest technology and processes specialising in sheet metal work, general and pre fabrication. Here we manufacture a range of high-quality mechanical services components which are produced under strict quality control conditions.

Airparts specialises in duct work but also manufactures air handling and reclaim units that are bespoke designed to meet specific client needs, including off-shore (oil rig) and hospital applications. Our proprietary Stork air handling units are of the highest quality.

Envar’s commissioning team ensures that the Mechanical Services systems are set up and calibrated to maximize plant efficiency, reliability, and longevity. This aspect of our service is becoming progressively more critical as building owners become responsible for ever-increasing regulatory body requirements and energy efficiency rating schemes. Fire safety systems commissioning is also a part of our commissioning team’s expertise, with many complex systems being successfully commissioned.

Commissioning is a crucial component of the overall contract; we know it is at this stage of the works that we will be judged. Envar is proud to have a solid track record of achieving high standards in both green star and NABERS rating requirements on various different projects, proving our excellence in this field. Our commitment to completion management of Projects ensures a high level of detail and client satisfaction is achieved.

Fit Out & Refurbishment

Our multi-disciplinary approach enables us to provide clients with a total services package including water, air-cooled and precision air-conditioning, CREMS, ventilation, fire protection including VESDA and gas suppression systems.

We have undertaken prestige projects in the majority of Perth's premium CBD buildings, including QV1, Central Park, Allendale Square and the Woodside Building. In Sydney, our growing portfolio already includes 400 George Street, the AMP Centre, Australia Square, No. 5 Martin Place and World Square.

Commercial swimming pool filtration and geothermal applications are an extension of our core business and is built on our knowledge and expertise in hydraulics, water treatment and associated control systems. We have provided pool filtration and geothermal services for numerous aquatic centres, including the Joondalup Arena Complex, Mandurah Aquatic Centre, Riverton Leisureplex; and many more.

Hospital & Health Care Facilities

Envar have extensive experience in the Hospital and Health Care sectors, this includes both new build and refurbishment projects. The more specific capabilities of Envar in these areas include (but are not limited to) the installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of operating theatres, isolation rooms, medical gases, sterile rooms and fume cupboards.

Institutional and Industrial Laboratories

Envar has successfully completed many projects for clients in the research, education, pharmaceutical and mining sectors.

Envar has demonstrated capabilities to complete and uphold the strict compliance requirements of laboratory, clean room, PC2 and PC3 facilities and is again a testament to our broad industry knowledge and high standards. Our project works in this sector has also included the warranty maintenance of these projects and, more often than not, has resulted in the extension of our involvement of post project DLP into programmed maintenance of these facilities.

Central Energy Facilities

New installation, refurbishment and retro-fitting of large central energy facilities is a major part of our construction and service project portfolio. With continuously evolving technologies Envar have been able to offer cost effective solutions to central energy plant installations and upgrades. This work often involves unique logistical issues that require overcoming in order to remove and install new plant. Envar has met and embraced these challenges to achieve necessary outcomes.

Envar also have extensive experience in the optimisation and fine tuning of central energy plant operation, we have proven ourselves in this area by exceeding building energy rating requirements (such as NABERS & Greenstar) for our clients and their building tenants.
